Youth Grant Scheme

Information

An overall budget of €40.000 has been set aside by the EFTTA Board in order to support youth fishing projects across Europe. All projects need to apply for the grant to the EFTTA Board and must recruit financial sponsorship from an existing EFTTA member before approaching the Board of Directors. If awarded the grant, EFTTA will match the sponsorship from the EFTTA member up to a limit of €2.000. A gift certificate will be sent to the sponsoring EFTTA member for them to either purchase fishing tackle or award a cash grant to the successful project applicant.

In order to apply for the EFTTA Youth Grant, please send the following information to the EFTTA Secretariat before 1st October 2009.

  • Details of sponsoring EFTTA member including amount of sponsorship received
  • Additional material that can support your application (leaflets, brochures, references etc)
