Bookings have opened for EFTTEX 2026 in Barcelona with the organiser confirming that more than 50% of the exhibitor space has already been reserved.

The decision to stage the next European trade show in the Spanish city and revert to its traditional timing has received broad support from the exhibitors spoken to by Angling International.

Angling International spoke to companies during and after the show in Brussels. Those who did not immediately say they were signing up for Barcelona did not rule out a return to EFTTEX in 2026, telling our editors they ‘hoped’ to be there.

International brands, including debutant KastKing and Livingston Lures from the USA, Ocean’s Legacy (Australia) and Momoi (Japan) said they had already signed up.
